Revit 3D, Convert PDF's (2D) into 3D Revit file, Retail Shop

Convert drawings from PDF to 3D (Revit 2017 or earlier, not 2018 as we can’t open this file type).

Attached are the drawings we would like converted into 3D. I would like the joinery to be drawn into families to be used for the site drawings and future stores that require drawing up. It would be great if colour could be added to the joinery.

You don’t need to provide all the notes on the site drawings as the stop is allready built already, just the joinery number and general area names, eg, ‘Store Area, Retail Area. We will need dimensions on the drawings to check against to aid our site measure.

We require:

- Floor Plan

- Reflected Ceiling Plan

- Shopfront Elevation

- Internal elevations (of Retail Area only),

- Store Area / BOH not required, plan only

- Overall 3D perspective of the shopfront when looking in from the mall, and one looking out.

- Supply all drawings in Revit 2017 format (not 2018)

Pages will need to be set up and PDF’d, so that we can mark this up for corrections / codependence.

Please keep in mind, these drawings will not be used as a selling aid, so don’t require high rendering out, but the accuracy needs to be drawn as per measurements supplied.

Good English is essential so that we can correspond together. Great experience with and understanding of using Revit is essential.
