Are you wanting an exciting role that will allow you to make a difference from day 1? 3scale is growing fast and looking for a Senior SaaS Sales Executive for the EMEA and APAC territories with a primary focus on Europe.<br /><br /> <br /><br />Education & Experience:<br /><br />Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four year College or University<br />5+ years of SaaS sales experience in a B2B environment and account management<br />Experience selling to CxO, VP and Director levels as well as technical teams<br />Demonstrated strength in building and managing client relationships<br />Verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue goals<br />Proven capability in building pipeline, qualifying, and identifying deals you can close<br />Expertise in managing the sales cycle from prospecting, demo and contract negotiations to close of initial deal and subsequent renewals<br />Successful experience selling into diverse organizations including web services and enterprise companies<br />Experience leading Pre-sales, Product, and Engineering resources in a well-orchestrated sales cycle<br />Team player with internal drive, passion and high energy is a must<br />Start-up experience is a plus<br /><br /> <br /><br />Goals & Responsibilities:<br /><br />Own, manage, and drive the full sales cycles from first contact with qualified leads to deal close, with some account management responsibilities to ensure happy and referenceable customers<br />Dig in and be hands on in learning the 3scale solution and leverage your excellent presentation skills through product demonstrations, both in person and via web-based meetings<br />Achieve/exceed sales quota by identifying, qualifying, and closing business in your territory<br />Maintain updated sales records and prospect status in [url removed, login to view]<br />Work closely with the Sales Engineers, Product and Engineering teams to forecast and allocate resources<br />Provide updates on sales activity, revenue achievement, and prospect status in weekly sales meeting<br /><br /> <br /><br />Skills & Abilities:<br /><br />An aggressive, focused, self-starter with a great attitude and strong business acumen   <br />Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, team environment<br /><br />Highly motivated, tenacious and responsible individual who will represent 3scale with the highest level of integrity and professionalism<br />Passion for customer success with the ability to communicate that passion effectively in person and by phone<br />Technically savvy with strength in communicating business value<br />Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br />Demonstrated ability to present to a diverse audience from technical teams to C-level executives<br />Flexible and adaptable with a penchant for a dynamic start-up environment<br />Confidence and resilience<br />Excellent follow up, attention to detail and organizational skills<br />Capacity to engage a variety of audiences across cultural, disciplinary, and geographical borders<br />Strong computer skills, including CRM tools ([url removed, login to view] preferred), Microsoft Office products and Google apps<br />Native/Fluent English is a must<br /><br /> <br /><br />Travel:<br /><br />Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed<br />Approximately 30% of your role will involve travel
