I need to develop a database that I will use to track daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly repair jobs and Productivity KPI data(down time).
1. I want this data to be displayed on a dashboard for convenience purposes.
2. Must be able to signup specific users, these users will only have access to their
designated accounts(Different user can be configured to have the same access to the same accounts) Within the accounts I must be able to add different devices.
3. I need to be able to add as many users, accounts and devices etc.
I need to report for both the accounts & devices the following KPI data:
1. Device downtime. (daily percentage down, and monthly percentage down)
2. total daily repairs
3. total weekly repars
4. total monthly repairs
5. total yearly repairs
6. Provide a quick status indicator for accounts that have pending repairs.
