I have to submit a petition to convince the Orphans' Court of Frederick County, Md. to cancel a ruling removing me as personal representative. I have to submit a notice of appeal or another petition to vacate a ruling to replace me with an attorney and cancel a ruling for me to deliver my father's property on which I live and I have all my belongings to this attorney the Orphans' Court as replaced me with in order to be in control of the estate left to me in a will that he paid an attorney to create. I attached two copies of the petition I am asking to be made more pleasing to those in the Register of Wills Office and the Orphans' Court. The fifth one is the one where I don't share about the attorney situation because I already sent it in two letters and a written request for an extension of time to complete a first administration accounting. The longer version is where you see how bad the situation was with the attorney.
