2) available during US Central Time business hours
3) able to make phone calls to the US mobile phones and land lines during US business hours. Must have audio/video Skype calls with fast internet access.

You will do
4) find dozens of construction subcontractors in Dallas, Texas area and collect bids,
5) internet research for best price for home building material,
6) project schedule and do total project management - coordinate with onsite project manager
