1. Some level of Teaching background, especially with young learners.
2. Some level of Online teaching experience.
3. Familiar with China or Chinese culture.
4. Familiar with modern computer and internet technology.
5. Possessing great personal energy, a happy and outgoing expression, and joyful
personality.
How to use the above information:
Only the first two factors are essential, if the candidate feels like they could be a good fit. The 5 bonus factors are simply guidelines but please don’t worry if your candidates don’t match every single one.
