We are a recruitment firm with sales representatives located in PAN India. We are seeking a ZOHO Product Consultant to assist us in effectively setting up our ZOHO CRM.
Review our deployment and help in improving the same. Help in automation. Help in cross app integration. Bring in data from apps outside Zoho and integrate it inside Zoho. Help in generating api from Zoho for consumption in external apps.
Required Skills:
Expertise in ZOHO CRM
Familiarity with ZOHO Survey, Zoho Campaigns, and 3rd Party APIs
Ability to customize ZOHO CRM according to specific requirements
Check our current blueprints & optimize the flow.
In Deals blueprint, an approval process to be implemented..
2) Create dashboard to understand daily calls, emails sent, leads added, tasks created, and leads moved between statuses for each salesperson, Activities done on any day etc. These dashboards should help us in understanding sales performance of any given day.
3) Import candidates data from our Oorwin software (its our Application Tracking System) via Oorwin API to Zoho CRM/Campaign for automated NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys (to Share the mail until the candidate respond).
4) Conduct A/B testing to understand which email templates yield higher click-through and open rates.
5) Bring Oorwin data (Oorwin has a database of our clients & their respective Spocs) to ZOHO crm (to Its Account & Contact modules.) So we want to manage these 2 from CRM itself. So whenever we make any changes in CRM, the same should reflect in Oorwin.
