Design a "Who's Who" Booklet for Wedding

We're creating a "Who's Who" booklet for our wedding weekend to help our guests get to know one another.
I've compiled the basic layout for the booklet in Word, but I need help sprucing it up and making it look a bit more polished before it goes to the printer.
The booklet is about 6x10 inches in size. It will be spiral bound & printed. And it will have about 65 pages with 2 guests per page, each guest's entry includes a 2.5 inch photo + 2-3 sentence bio.
I've got all of the basic information ordered & pulled together in Word, but I'd like someone to make it look a bit more professional. Tasks primarily include formatting & layout, with 2-3 pages of graphic design work needed, and converting the file into Publisher (or similar).
