Nintex Workflow Jobs

We have a requirement for somebody with MS Flows experience in 365 to troubleshoot and fix and possibly create additional flows in 365. Currently 2 issues, with forms and flows failing but would like to have it as an ongoing replationship.

I own a growing commercial photography business with about a dozen photographers under me. My current solution for managing workflow (job status, assigning photographers, accounting for payouts) is done through Google Sheets. I'd like to explore the potential of Airtable (and possibly other platforms) as a replacement. Objective 1 Consolidated Spreadsheet/Database. I currently use a spreadsheet (Google Sheets) for each photographer when assigning jobs. This requires excessive data movement and tracking. If feasible, I'd like to construct a spreadsheet/database where all the data is consolidated. Access by users (photographers) will be confined to the jobs they are assigned.
