I have designed a Flash program to let a customer customize a poker table and allow the customer to email me the order or proceed to a Merchant to finish the transaction. We have a flash application created but it's not doing exactly what we need. What we have created is a flash application that loads in images from an xml document and then randomly transitions between images. The flash application is working but the transitions between the images is not working the way that we want. Right now each image fades out then the screen is white and then a new image fades in. It's easy to see that once function is taking place(the image is fading out) and then the screen is white, then a new function is call and a new image fades in. What we want is for when one image is loaded another image transitions in smoothly and it does not appear like on function ends(background goes white) and another function begins. The artwork for everything is done as well as the animations. It used to be that I have 2 swf files of different dimensions that alternate in playing between each other. Each swf file's fla uses the getbyurl command to call for the other file, when it has done one complete loop. So, when A is done one loop, it calls for B to take over and when B has done one loop, it calls for A to take over.
