This CRM software was developed for multi-national company Panasonic. It's not a little windows software, But itself a it is a Big ERP. This system has 6 diffrent department which involve in complete process, 1. Admin 2. Tele Caller 3. Project Manager 4. Engineer 5. Storeman 6. Accountant So basically flow starting from Customer but before that admin has to configure entire system as adding diffrent users of company with diffrent usertype based on theirs work, Admin has to complete Inventory Module, Accounting department setup, Scheduling management and many more configuration which is available for admin. In flow, Customer filled a complain, Telecaller notes that complain, After that project manager assign that to any engineer, Then storeman assign inventory to that Job, Then engineer visit customer, Resolve issue. Now Customer acknowledge as issue resolved so customer return to company, Return inventory to storeman, And job finished, After that accounting department Bills.
