I need someone who understands the concept of not asking for money up front to complete a sheed load of clients jobs that I have comming up. The following will be the case if you can accept it
PSD Design with Html to CSS Converstion $100 Max each job
CSS Fixes Charged at the complexity of the job so if you fix 7 css tasks could be as much as 75$ I prefer to work with eu citizens as easier to pay but understand this that if any presure is put on me to pay for jobs in advance I will cut communication and seek someone else.
Their is allot of work for the right guy or girl, but I would like to have a skype interview first. Please bare in mind though I dont want template customization here all i want produced from you at end of day is
1. 2 Psds Inner and outer page based on wordpress Best Practises
2. ALL Menus should have drop down capablility and work with wordpress menu system
3 Respsonive design andd forms from gravity forms plugin to me amde 100% responsive,
Thse will again be all fixed price jobs unless stated other wise work will be done mostly on clients server and then once cheque or other payment has cleared you will be paid either direct by cleint or myself via paypal.
Please type at top "I here by understand that no advance payments will be made and payment will only be made when client pays or client cheques are cleared uppon completion of the project."
