Daily Fantasy Sports Strategy and Affiliate Site Needs Updating

I have an already created daily fantasy sports website called [login to view URL], which is a daily fantasy strategy site and an affiliate for both FanDuel and DraftKings.com. Design wise, the website is totally fine, but I want to add and update a few things.
1) Create separate memberships, paid and free members, restricting access to some areas of the site (premium articles and tables) to only those paid members.
2) Add the ability to pay for memberships via Paypal.
3) Add a vbulletin forum to the site.
The website is designed in Wordpress.
