We're looking to write an agent to collect logs of activities employees are doing on the computer. Some samples include which application is installed or removed, what time the computer is turned on or off. Rates negotiable. Thanks!

2) Output in CSV file
3) Ability to manage updates remotely
4) Agent can be installed on both Mac OS and Windows
5) A bit of knowledge transfer to our developer (which tool was used to build it; how to compile, etc) This is so that we can do minor fixes ourselves
6) Agent shouldn't take up high resource on employee's computer (our biggest concern)
