We need a developer/technician to show us how to do the following:
1. Try to cd into your magento htdocs folder: cd /opt/bitnami/apps/magento/htdocs
2. Then you have to execute this command: sudo find -ls > ~/[url removed, login to view]
3. You will find a [url removed, login to view] file in your $HOME: cd ~
4. Send us that file.
You can either use TeamViewer or send us a video recording.
