Looking for developer to provide template or do custom work, and help setup ecommerce with shopping cart with following features
We have mockup already made for front-page:

website structure:
front-page: categories, customer clicks on category: is taken to full-width (or with sidebar) shopping page with categories, and filter
when clicking on categories, product items related to categories come up.
We will be working on content for 1 of the main categories only, that has 30 sub-categories.
There will be 2 languages
All content and material except for template will be provided.
What we need is either template or custom work on either html, wordpress or other ; setting up of content on site ; set up psd design based on mockup
