penny auction

Don't really have much time to wait for development... I'm just hoping that someone might have a ready or semi-ready Penny Auction script that we could install on my server. Critical requirements:

1) Full access to modify the code;

2) Working countdown, so it wouldn't hang the server;

3) Descent site admin;

4) Reserved price option;

5) Facebook and Twitter connects, with ability to grant bonus credits once the Comment or Like is placed;

6) No payment gateway required. We will plug it in later in our own way... Maybe just PayPal, nothing else needed at this point.

That's pretty much it.

P.S. I also have a Swoopo clone soft that seems to work but that's not quite to my liking. I'm saying this to point out that I'm aware of some scripts being available on the web and that's not what I'm asking for right now. They all have flows. Still I wouldn't mind if someone has that kind of script customized to offer. Just make sure it's 100% working.
