fitness sites

The project I am interested in is building a fitness equipment site that will be very universal. I want to build a very robust shopping cart product based that has many features like related items, product variances etc. I want this main database to eventually be used on several other similar sites but be able to choose which products to go on what sites and have the ability to set pricing on all sites. On the main site I want to have a dealer/rep. login that will provide wholesale pricing to that dealer. Our current site is [url removed, login to view] but We are looking to upgrade the design and flexibility. We do like the layout of [url removed, login to view] site as a reference. As the expert I will expect you to tell me which is the best way to achieve our goals. Whether it will be a CMS system or SQL is your expertise. There will be one master initial site and then we want to reskin the site and add many others. Your price to include main site and price for additional sites connected to the cart. (reskins)

I want the site to be very SEO savvy and include keyword, meta, etc. to get proper rankings Site will include a an affiliate module which we own and link exchange pages. Please provide any other knowledge you may have in this area.

I am also looking for a database to be installed ASAP on the current site for tracking of client prospects. I need to be able to upload our current excel files and be able to add clients easily and efficiently. I want to be able to extract data and information such as fax numbers, emails etc in excel format. This data base needs to be very secure and not accessible to anyone without the proper security code which can be changed.

The back end needs to be easy to navigate and updated with product, adds, etc. It also needs to be easy to email clients newsletters and announcements by category selected. IE, I want to send all dealers a special price on a new item. Or I want to send all fitness clubs a special package being offered. I want an email area that will have the framework of the new site and the middle area open to type the message to be sent. This will be the only interchangeable area.

We are looking for a person or company that wants to establish a long term relationship that can assist in design/development and with marketing needs as well.
