Making affiliate marking website - repost

I want to make affiliate website but I don't know how to start it don't know how to find deals and put deals on my website trying to do this because I need to pay bills and don't have a lot of money. I want a lot of traffic on my website and I want to find advertisement that gives me 10%,20%, and 25% and when your done I want you show me how to do it find things get all that trafficing and show me how I will get pay. I will pay $30-$50 dollars who ever do this.
