need to make a portal active that when wifi users take a dhcp lease for 5 minutes browsing they must see 1 or 2 videos then see 1 or 2 slides before able to get connected to the internet and have browsing, with the ability to see how many users see those ads and slides as also able to change on the fly content of the advertisings.
