Tutor converting a Template to a Website

I want to convert a few websites (5-7 total) that already have a little Java and use Maven along with IntelliJ to increase site flexibility going forward along with move into the future of Deep learning embedded into them as well.
I will do the majority of the content. This is a tutor project to cover over the next 6 months to teach a few interested in learning new technology on a real project and experimenting with ideas.
More work upfront will be needed until you teach me how to work with my project. Initially I need help installing test templates and manipulate them as needed/required. This is an ongoing project on my time frame and must be flexible and trustworthy. Although you may be requested to show and work together, and able to show what mistakes are made and where. Although as it goes may as more as trust is gained and goals understood. Looking to spend about 5-10k over the next 6 months to put revamp 5-7 of my sites. Will only pay when each of my milestones I set, (not yours) is met according to my time availability, which varies depending on quality of help. If you think you're quality enough and patient enough to help then please feel free to bid hourly or by project. More likely to get picked if bid by low bid project considering most projects will take less than 30-60 mins each to explain or accomplish considering only tutoring short term tasks that may need further explanation.
I have an extensive background in websites and slight programing experience. Like to improve on this through live projects that others may want to be involved in long term. Most websites already in existence, just wanting to change how they interact with viewers/clients.
Like to use one project for many milestones that a few freelancers can be used on. This may not be the right venue to complete but good place to start. More details if contacted.
