website completion with linking and coding the pages

I have a website that is almost finished. But I need the final touches with some top and bottom design finishing. Also I need someone who can link the pages and coding the pages.
1st page is an optin page and 3 more pages after that and all pages should only be accessed by the previous page and by filling in the details requested. Once the 4 pages have been viewed then there is the final product page – which is a webpage explaining the final product.
Within the pages will be download links to various pdf reports.
I am going to be using [login to view URL] for autoresponder and payment system. So your familiarization with 1shoppingcart will be huge advantage.
I am expecting someone who is open to making changes even after the project is finished. And I will have few more minor add-ons to do but I will only be able to do them while you are still working on the project.
The person accepting the project will also have to sign a non-disclosure agreement for my material. I will provide the web pages once the project has been accepted.
I need this finished within approx 10 days of accepting the project.
