Convert PDF File to Joomla/CMS

I need someone (or team) to copy about 30 articles from a few PDF files to Joomla CMS.
This person will be responsible for posting the articles with images provided. The images will be in the PDF for reference but will be on the server to use and embed with web article.
Completion will take 2-8 hours depending on experience with Joomla. I will provide login information to complete task.
This particular project is not to convert a PDF image to a joomla template, but to copy TEXT ARTICLES from a PDF file to TEXT ARTICLES in the CMS, similar to posting blogs. There isn't any major conversion of images or creating any templates for this project, just posting text articles.
