We are seeking for talented IT experts who are experienced in Natural language processing and Machine learning.

Here we would like you to find and recommend these talents to our project above. If you couldn't invite him via Freelancer, you could also provide us his contact information.
These talents must meet the following requirements,
Firstly, previous experience in NLP and ML. They should provide proof to state what project they were involved in before.
Secondly, previous experience in web scraping. It's better based on NLP and ML.
Thirdly, these talents could provide us a demo to check.
Last, their asking price should be based on our budget of the project above. A bit higher is OK, but not big gap.
Once these people are invited to our project and qualified by us. We would pay you. What's more, if they could provide effective demo, we could pay you twice.
Payment would follow this rule, $50/100 talents. And if we make a successful deal with your recommended, would we think about giving you bonus.
