Remove dust and enhance letters on video

With the help of motion-tracking and good VFX skills i need you to remove some dust from a speaker — and on the same speaker i need you to enhance the letters of the brand.
Most preferebly you would make a mask over the letters, for me to work with, so i can give the letters the excact touch they need.
