CFD expert with knowledge of medical 3D modelling

We are looking for a CFD expert with preferable knowledge of medical 3D modeling (arteries, veins, heart). The main goal of this project is to use a boundary condition framework that we have internally developed to integrate ANSYS with our one-dimensional code.
The CFD experts must have knowledge of UDF programming, C, ideally with named pipes communication and JSON files.
The project is divided into four tasks
1) Straight tube with dimension length = 10 cm, radius = 1.4725 cm, with the inflow boundary condition of 1 L/min and outflow boundary condition of 1 L/min. Parabolic velocity profiles can be used. Output time is not important. The reference value can be 0.5 seconds. Mesh size does not need to be fine.
2) Create two functions: "WriteMessage" and "ReadMessage". These two functions will write string messages into NAMED PIPES (e.g. [login to view URL]). Important: Named pipes are not .txt files. These two functions need to be integrated and compile in a UDF library in fluent. The function WriteMessage needs to write in a named pipe called "JavaRead", while the function ReadMessage needs to write in a named pipe called "JavaWrite". The location of the two named pipes has to be defined in a variable "path".
To test if the two functions work, you can use the javascript file [login to view URL] (LINK: [login to view URL]) which reads and writes in the JavaRead and JavaWrite named pipes. In particular, it will return the same message that has been sent from the UDF. So to test if the Ansys + javascript works properly, you can run the test case described in task 1) and at each time step write a simple "Hello World", read it through the UDF and print it in the Ansys command line.
3) Implement our internal library in C which enables to create JSON files messages in the UDF. This library allows generating JSON files containing the boundary conditions for each interface. See for instance here examples of the JSON files ([login to view URL]). This will require understanding how the library works. In particular, it requires understanding how boundary conditions can be requested or provided. To test if this implementation works, run the test case described in task 1) and at each time step write a JSON text message through the function WriteMessage and then read it back with the function ReadMessage through the UDF and print it in the Ansys command line.
4) Run the simulation in task 1) where for each time step and for each interface you send various JSON messages. These messages are:
a) Provide cross-sectional normal pressure across the boundary interface
b) Request flow
c) You impose the flow at the 3D interface
d) Send a March message
e) You can advance in time
IMPORTANT:
You will need to integrate our precompiled library .lib into the makefile generated by fluent. You can find here a description of how to compile an external library in fluent (INSTRUCTION will be provided)
