Renders & Animated Video Walk Through

We are a company that sells office furniture.
All our proposals have 2D & 3D line Drawings (see atached pictures) but from time to time the customer requires a Render or Animated Walkthrough.
We will provide the AutoCad file with walls, doors, windows, all the furniture quoted as well as the sample of the finished to apply to each furniture piece. The type of floor and walls customer have actually and picture of the customer office as a reference.
The work needed will be a render image and/or a walkthrough video. We will pay per render/video.
