We are a cost reduction company and we have successfully used freelancers for many years. We have established an impressive reputation for our professionalism and are looking for freelancers to join our team and take responsibility for an internal project to produce effective training documents and process maps for the variety of procedures that our team of Business Analysts and Customer Service Advisors access.

Working closely with our business analyst team, who focus on cost reduction projects, and our customer service team, your primary responsibilities will be to:

Analyse guides that already exist within the business and reproduce them in a standard in-house format (which has already been designed)

Review new guides that have already been produced as part of this project and complete processes in order to test them. Produce time-frame guidelines against each process for future users.

Identify new core business procedures and workflows and produce guides for them.

Develop clear and detailed process maps/user guides

Liaise with the company CEO to sign off re/produced guides.

Idenitify issues and risks and adapt processes accordingly

Spot opportunities for increased efficiency.

Respond promptly and effectively to internal communications.

Actively listen, communicate and understand our end user needs by building effective and sustainable relationships.

Skills you will need include:

Good knowledge of google apps for business, google sheets and google docs. We are a Google "house" and you’ll need to be able to enter information into our standard formats.

The ability to grasp complex ideas. Any previous knowledge or experience of procurement and the procurement industry will be a distinct advantage.

The ability to multi-task. You will be reproducing a number of guides/completing a number of processes at any one time so you must be able to work at pace and manage your time efficiently.

Problem solving skills. You will be responsible for resolving problems and will need to be able to consider solutions. You must be confident, be flexible and inclined to try various options out and be able to make reasoned decisions.

Excellent spoken and written English. You’ll be communicating (mostly internally) across a variety of media in an extremely fast paced culture so confident communication is a must.

2) Good working experience of Google Sheets and Docs
