Native English Writer for writing and formating a technical report

I have a technical report that is already written. I need an English Native writer to read the content (13 pages including images that are very easy to understand) make sure it is well written as a technical report and be able to write one page executive summary and the introduction of the report. There is also one section that is written in bullet format. I would like this section to be reformated with the bullet format removed. This should be a very easy project. If the freelancer did a good job and still interested in doing similar work, I have another report that I can use some help on after this one.
