Alarm rule configuration for servers in [login to view URL] file

There were many pre prod servers in tibco environment. for telecom client. we need to do alarm set if threshold breeches. for an example. CPU usage>80%, alert notification has to be sent to all the mail group configured. The alarm rules can be configured [login to view URL] file and then it has to pushed to Grafana tool for visualization.
