VB.NET application to calibrate wav files through sound card

This application is to calibrate a sound card for proper audio frequencies. There are 16 different tone frequencies using wav files that need to be accurate to under a hertz within their frequency, preferable +/- .5 hertz or better. The application would have the capability of calibrating each of the tones individually or as a group. Calibration to be done by feeding the output of the audio card back into itself and storing the results as needed and would like to be able to do it automatically or manually from the form. The project should have its main form (form1 or whatever) and call a separate form that contains all the software required. Must be able to select different audio cards on the same computer, calibrate and save the results for each. Calibration could be for the card all the time or just before the tones are played.
