WPF DataGrid with a horizontal orientation (MVVM)

I would like to have a WPF DataGrid with a horizontal orientation. We want to use MVVM for it because this grid will get updated by some other thread and background worker thread, I have attached snap for it.
Row 1 :- Name (Need to display dynamic background color)
Row 2 :- Status (Need to display dynamic image)
Row 3 :- Double Value
Row 4 :- Double Value
If click on any cell it will pass model to method so that we can manipulate this at runtime. I am a winform developer and have everything ready in winform, but i need to use WPF.
This is very small task so please bid according to that.
