Modify a Magento stylesheet - repost

I need someone experienced with Magento to modify a stylesheet.
The general idea is to recreate our existing website, http://thecandystoreonline,com look
into the new template, http://test.thecandystoreonline.com.
I have all the graphic work done, all that is needed is place the header and banners in the correct places.
I will provide you with all the graphics, FTP and admin access to the new template.
Should be a very easy job if you know what you are doing, since it is only around ten images.
Magento experience preferred.
