Indu Packaging Daman Ltd. Is a 4 decade old group into manufacturing of Plastic Packaging. They have recently incubated a startup called Insta Build for providing solutions in the interior design space.
Insta BuildTM deals in quick fix interior design products for the Indian subcontinent. Our flagship product is Insta Walls® which is a 3D Foam Wall Cladding. This comes in a tile or roll form and is a self adhesive, hence you simply remove the release paper and put up the cladding on the wall and you are done! We currently have 8 variants and 37 SKUs of the product.
We have a sales & admin team to ensure smooth functioning of the sales funnel. We have 55 touch points, in terms of dealers and distributors of our products, across the country. And are now looking to target interior designers, architects, contractors and end users doing up their house using social media. Following are the deliverables we would be looking for from the candidate:
KRAs
Should be able to target the right audience and generate leads using Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
Edit/ create flyers for certain events/ promotion
Manage the Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn accounts to organically increase traffic on the website and awareness about the product
We create video content on an ongoing basis, this needs to be edited, we will teach the basic tools for editing, the candidate will be responsible for editing and posting these on the YouTube channel and promote the same on Social Media
SEO of our website
Manage the Amazon Account and start generating sales
Edit actual client images to send on WhatsApp
Preferred Candidate would have:
Fair knowledge of editing images (basic, not Photoshop)
Creative and go getter personality
Good command of spoken and written English
Should be willing to work in a startup environment
