Job Responsibilities:
-Handle customer account issues such as registration, money transfers, and other usage errors
-Provide support through various channels including phone calls, chat, email, tickets, and attachments
-Acquire product knowledge and complete tasks assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
-At least one year of customer service experience
-Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
-Willingness to undergo training with the USA team during night shifts
-Hardworking and fast learner
