SEO business needs help with getting more sales & increasing SERPS

Hi thanks for taking the time to check out and read my job posting everything you need is below and i have described what i would like you to do, before reading on this job is part time and will last one month depending on the results if results are good and increase my sales turnover then i will happily increase hours per week and hire on a longer contract.
My business and what i do:
My company has just been set up a few weeks ago and company provides seo/sem, web design and branding/ graphic and logo design and i need some one to help generate more business for my company, as im tied up with current contracts and can not get the other things i really need doing done.
**Before applying you must be able to**
Write Articles in perfect english with no grammar mistakes
Be an expert / experienced in SEO/SEM
Be an expert / experienced in Social Media Marketing
Be an expert / experienced in generating sales / leads through my facebook and other social media platforms
My plan i would like you to accomplish for my business..
1, You must be able to write good content that i can use for my blog to entertain vistiors and making them want to come back to read more, articles need to be 500 + words, i will only need two articles one every two weeks.
2, go over my website and inform me of any thing that you think may be off putting for potential clients
3, Be able to get 15 keywords i am targeting ranked first page or top 3 on google, i have done some work and ranked 2nd/3rd page for a 5 keywords but no where for the other keywords (im not expecting wonders but i do need to see an improvement on the rankings)
3, Trying get leads / sales on social media platforms by interacting with other members of the site and helping them with any questions they may have but trying turn as many people into sales but i do not want pushy sales tactics i would prefer my social media to be helpful for other members who may be struggling with any thing related to the services i provide and trying get sales through this method.
