I need reverse auction site similar to [url removed, login to view] (with sms integration - done by us)
Auction must have an option to be both time limited or number of bids limited.
Member area is not needed!
We will need a source code, too.
Option to localize frontend to one other (except english) language is a must. Frontend must be in local language. We will do localisation.
Bids will be accepted only through SMS. We have SMS gateway so we will be updating bid fields for every item. We just need database design, frontend that will show current auctions, terms & conditions, results of past auctions and similar, and admin part to create and manage auctions.
No generic messages, you will be ignored.
