Turbo GETH Developer needed

I need to:

1) Launch a turbo-geth node and sync it up

2) Communicate with the turbo-geth database (ideally back into python)

I then need to generate queries for: which addresses hold token $token at any arbitrary time.

Ideally this query would iterate over a large amount of blocks so I can calculate some statistics.
