Method for Odoo's 12 Mexican localization

Currently a module has already been developed that bridges the behaviour from the mexican localization regarding invoice and payment creation and uses the "out of the box" behaviour from standar Odoo,
It seems with recent module installation the above mentioned module lost its functionality, this needs to be addressed and corrected.
