Step1: User existing Site:
Clone following open source project. A page/module will be added to this site.

Step3: Build schema
Based on the fields shown in attached images, build tables/schema.
Step3: Build the page.
Fields needed are shown in attached image.
Details of data types of each field will be provided in an excel sheet.
