I have multiple small html-php-sql projects, some large many very small. If this project goes well we will continue working together. The first project is a small upgrade to my ecommerce tools:
Assume existing sql tables:
* user
* order table with authorization code to charge credit card
* order_item with a shipping date field
We will add a user interface for recurring billing of an herb to this page:

Assume a nightly crontab call to nightly_maintenance() and that you have a function billCreditCard().
* Suggest fields to above schema to record which orders are recurring, and how often recurring happens
* Write a function to loop through all recurring orders and charge their credit card.
This is the basic test project. We will send more specific details to chosen freelancers.
