We need to turn wordpress into a secure online p2p wallet with the help of a plugin. No api need to use, just storing and retrieving data to and from database. Each member need to submit verification documents to get verified and login with 2FA (You may suggest any appropriate free plugin). Each user can post request to fund/widthdraw to/from the wallet by various methods, another user with appropriate wallet funds will receive/send actual money and fulfill a posted request. Methods and required input and output will be presented to the user as specified by the admin in the back end. Each request can be fulfilled partly or fully and can be marked as processing, fulfilled or failed. The status will be reported to peer users with desktop or mobile notification. The part or the full request will be locked for a certain period of time if someone want to fulfill it and his/her equal funds from wallet will be in escrow. There might be penalties if someone failed to fulfill the part/full request after keeping it locked. Any user can start a dispute upon fulfillment of a request, admin will resolved the dispute by talking to both parties. A support ticket will be generated for this.(You may suggest any fee support plugins for this). And some other related features to be developed.
You need to choose an appropriate free responsive theme to design this site. We need an iso and android app just by framing this site. For mobile app, the logins should be saved locally with a pin so that users don't need to login too frequent. The full copyright of this plugin must be ours, you can't resell it anyway to anyone.
