Wordpress Invoice Plugin - Need Custom Template With A Few Minor Changes To The Original

I am looking for someone who is willing to take this job for $50 - $100, and who charges less than $15/hr. for follow-up and future work.
I don't believe this is a difficult job for anyone who is proficient in WordPress, and should not take more than a few hours. There are only a few changes from the original template, and there is good documentation on the Sprout Invoices website, example [login to view URL]
I need you to create a Custom Invoice Template, based on the original Sprout Invoices Plugin template, to go in my Child Theme, and to document the name of the files that you changed, with their starting line # so I'll know what you've done and where, in case I want to make further changes myself.
Customizations include:
1. Changing the Labels of their Line Items from Service, Task, Product, to Balance, Late Fees, PayPal Fees, and then add about five or six more Line Items.
3. Currency signs must be changed from $ to RD$
4. All currency amounts must show two decimal points - i.e. RD$10.49
If more changes are needed I would like to pay you hourly, so please include your hourly rate when you bid.
NOTE: I am a WOMAN. Please do not refer to me as Sir or Mate. I will not bother looking at your bid if this is how you address me.
