WordPress/BuddyPress Ticketing plugin

Im looking for someone to build a ticketing plugin like TICKERA that can be used on the buddypress so that each user can create their own event and sell tickets, I would also like it to allow me to get a percentage of the ticket sales from the users that use my ticketing portion.
It would definitely have to be responsive and have STRIPE integration
Also, either as a separate plugin in or combined with the ticketing plugin.... I need a plugin that will provide analytics to each individual user the amount of, view, plays, and location their media is being consumed.
