Video and parallax wordpress theme

We are relaunching an existing wordpress site. I have some very cool/modern designs ready. I personally build A LOT of Wordpress sites, and will only work with someone with CLEAN code and modern techniques.

You will just need to deliver the theme. No install/server/etc etc.

Site will be responsive! But the breakpoints and design shifts will be simple. We will provide designs for the major breakpoints (desktop, tablet, mobile).

The site will have the following pages/features:

1. Homepage -- with full-screen html5 video sections, photo slideshow sections, and elements that slide at a different speed (parallaxed elements -- not photo sections, but actual elements that scroll at a different speed.)

2. About page style -- basically the same as homepage, but with different content. All elements need to be implemented via Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin.

3. Blog page index -- same header/footer, but more of a blogroll style. Infinite scrolling.

4. Blog page archive -- same as blog index 1, but need to customize for different categories.

5. Single post blog page -- same overall style, but for single post. Disqus comment system (so no comment styling!)

6. Quote page -- this will be a FULLY customized version of a contact form! The current form is built via Contact Form 7 -- and utilizes completely custom checkboxes, etc.

I'm a front-end developer myself so I know exactly what I'm looking for on this. Just very busy and need some help. Opportunity for A LOT more work in the future if this project goes well!
