Taking all projects galleries from one website and uploading to a new WordPress filterable gallery (cars)

We are currently in the process or updating our vehicle wrapping website to a Wordpress platform and need all our galleries from our current site uploaded in to our new filterable WordPress gallery. There are 200+ projects that need to be downloaded (each project has between 2 and 12 images) and re-uploaded to the new filterable gallery, with all projects being tagged in the correct 5 categories ( vehicle make, vehicle model, vehicle type, industry type and livery type (type of vehicle wrap) for the filterable aspect of the new gallery to work seamlessly.
All images uploaded will also need to be given a title / image description / caption and alt text for SEO purposes.
A knowledge of vehicles (cars/ vans/ motor bikes etc) and vehicle wrapping would be needed to complete this task to the highest standards.
