Superfast image upload script with crop option

I want image upload script in PHP with/without Jquery, untill and unless it satisfies below requirements,

- Able to upload large files i.e. >10 M.B. / 20 M.B. in 2-3 seconds, maximum 5 seconds.

- It should have the image cropping option, for more details how i want image cropping check the below attached URL.

- It should upload automatically and both images (original & cropped), i.e. when user selects the image, it should be prompted to crop it and when user click on save, both images should saved automatically within seconds specified above.

This fulfills all the conditions expect the image upload time.

P.S. I don't want any design or professional look as i will be using this in other project so don't need to do design and all.
