Site width, paypal testing, login change,

I would also like some other things done so I will list them down here and can you quote for all:

1. change width of site and test

2. Full PayPal testing with dummy cards etc

3. Amend [login to view URL] file so that e-mail sent has both user name and password showing (should be very quick, i just can't figure it out!)

4. Log in/Logout out: Basically, I would like, when someone is logged in, that the 'member login' image on the left hand side is changed to an image for 'Log out', linkm to as current 'logout=1 .

So if someone closes the window but is still logged in then they will not be able to get to the login screen again as there is no access to th login page. I would also like something to say 'Hi [user name] you are currently logged in somewhere on the left hand side too. Logout change to look like attached
