Hello, We are new upcoming website software company looking for someone to work for us on building an advanced and robust school management system.
You can use Node.js, PHP or Django with compatible database management system and optimize it accordingly.
Features we want:-

Admission, Fees, Library, Transportation, Labs, Assignments, Attendance, Hostel, Staffs Management, Invoice, etc.
Advanced Features:
Robust Framework.
Easily migratable i.e database, as well as software, can be transferred easily without hassle.
Caching Options for faster performance.
Beautiful and Sleek Design.
Fully Mobile-compatible and operational i.e. using Bootstrap etc.
Real-time GPS Tracking API of Children for parents- If required the price would be increased if you can do this task. We know the price of this task. Think it as add-on project.

This whole system should be standalone and light-weight and must contain hassle-free setup and migration. We would be simply using Cloud Services for hosting while are quite sophisticated.
If you are interested, you have to show your demo as well as after vigourous testing we will approve yours.
And we did like to mention, you have to complete your task under 20-30 days. If you have pre-built software, we did like you to show me its performance. We are only interested in software, which will be sold to various organizations so should be completely multi-user enabled as well as should have some license protection so we can use it while providing the clients.
We would like to use KAP System SMS API as SMS Gateway and for online payment from various bank provides like SBI, PNB, HDFC, YES etc.

About the price, we have found many Schoool ERP System like one mentioned above under 50$( Just 3750 INR Approx). Yet we are overvaluing this project as we need a fresh and new design like our own website. Remember most pre-built Softwares are just focused on the backend, we want someone to work on the frontend as well so the interface looks smooth and sleek.
So before you bet any price, please read the above content and then place the bid. As we are paying a heavy price, we need good work under it. Thank you for your interest, have a nice a day ahead.
Edit: We require both ERP and Web App. So make sure you make the software such that it can be used as Web App. Or Vice-versa. We will handle the offline and online setup since we will be testing it by ourselves too.
