Hi, I need to design a date base to report the doctors and Pharmacys visits for my sales representatives for day of the week and also I need to have an automatic reporter about the agent coverage for mounth for example if the agent have 100 pharmacys to visit and in the mounth achievement to visit 98, he will going to have to the end of the mounth a 98% of coverage. And I need that the admistrator will have the possibility to update the doctors and pharmacys base data. Also I need to add coments about the realized visits like conclusions and next visit tarjets. App for report and a web site for manage all the information.
